Hungarian Tapestries in the Cultural Palace of Marosvásárhely (Tirgu Mures) celebrating its centenary.

The Cultural Palace of Marosvásárhely offered a worthy place for debut of the monumental tapestries of the Association of Hungarian Tapestry Artists and the works of its members.The Gallery sustained by the Association of Artists of Maros County is part of the Palace built in Secessional or Art Nouveau Style hundreds years ago int he heart of the city. The warm reception of the Hungarian artists by the twin-city of the XI., District of Budapest touched them deeply.
